SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are shipped for a flat rate of $5.95 and delivered within 7 to 10 days. Items can be shipped within the U.S. and U.S. Territories, including APO/FPO/DPO Military postal services and P.O. Box offices.
We accept all major credit cards and debit that have the major card logos including VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
The art of canvas can be returned within 7 days for an exchange of the canvas ordered if delivered damaged. Any jewelry or unique art treasures purchased can be returned within 14 days of purchase if delivered damaged. The original item purchased will be replaced or exchanged for a different of equal or lesser value. The difference will be a credited to a gift card to be used at a later date.
After your first purchase at a Square seller, you’ll have the option to provide your email address or phone number if you would like to receive digital receipts. If you provide an email address, you’ll start receiving automatic receipts delivered by Square at that email address for all purchases you make from Square sellers using the same card. Any card with that card number, regardless of the name on the card, will receive automatic receipts for purchases made at Square merchants to the initial email provided. If you provide a phone number to receive an SMS receipt from a Square merchant, this information will be pre-populated on the receipt screen for you to confirm during future purchases from Square merchants. You can edit the pre-populated phone number at the point of sale by tapping either field and entering new information.

UNSUBSCRIBE FROM AUTOMATIC RECEIPTS
To stop automatic receipts, click “Manage Preferences for digital receipts” at the very bottom of the receipt. You can select either the option to stop all automatic receipts or to stop automatic receipts for purchases from that specific business location.
“Automatically send me Square digital receipts” means you won’t need to enter your email address again to receive automatic receipts from any merchant using Square. You can always opt out of automatic receipts altogether by contacting us, or on a per-merchant basis, by clicking “Manage preferences.”
“Automatically send me Square digital receipts except” means you’d like to stop receiving automatic receipts for purchases from those specific business locations.

PRIVACY AT SQUARE
Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important. For that reason, Square does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register with our Service. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information to or on Square. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.

Since Square itself is PCI compliant, we don’t require account holders to validate PCI compliance. Merchants who use Square for all storage, processing, and transmission of payment card data do not need to validate PCI compliance for those transactions.
